Our company is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 8 + years of experience to join our team. As a Paid Social MediaSpecialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. You will also ensure that the campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing goals of the company. A Meta certification would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid social media, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, experience in managing social media campaigns with a focus on ROI, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Position and Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in paid social media management

2. Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn

3. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their advertising capabilities

4. Experience with ad copywriting and creating visual assets for social media campaigns

5. Experience with paid social media management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment

8. Meta certification is an advantage
