Adscholars is looking for a Paid Search Specialist who can join us immediately.

The Google Ads Search Performance and Social Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing search advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms. This role involves analyzing data, developing strategies, and implementing tactics to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives. The specialist will work closely with clients, account managers, and cross-functional teams to drive results and provide actionable insights.

Position and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, social media platform like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, twitter etc., search advertising, and related tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).

3. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization software.

4. Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing search campaigns, preferably in a digital agency or in-house marketing team.

5. Solid understanding of keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

9. Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Campaign Management: Create, set up, and optimize Google Ads search and social media Paid campaigns for clients across various industries. Manage keyword selection, bid management, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize performance and achieve campaign goals.

2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.

3. Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand business objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Develop effective search advertising strategies that align with client goals and leverage industry best practices.

4. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve ad copy, landing pages, and campaign targeting. Continuously optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, keyword expansions, and ad group restructuring to drive better performance.

5. Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research using various tools to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. Expand keyword lists, identify negative keywords, and refine keyword targeting strategies to improve campaign relevance and performance.

6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders. Clearly communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients and account teams in a concise and actionable manner.

7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation
