Mobile Performance Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management and Optimization Hands on experience with partnership closures, Return on Ad Spend optimization , Campaign execution.
2. Advertiser Performance Management and rapport building.
3. Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI Create various reports for internal stakeholders as well as vendors.
4. Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme Work with Vendors and execute vendor billing. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by affiliates.
5. Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices Publisher Management and Monitoring performance and delivery.
6. Selecting Right Publisher to accomplish campaigns and add more Publishers for campaign consistency Liaising with the creative agency team, clients and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing.
2. Ability to form and maintain good relations with publishers, affiliate networks High awareness & thought leadership in the verticals which the candidate is handling technical skills Understanding of platforms / tools / technologies.
3. Analytical platforms like Google Analytics, Excel & PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of online media industries etc Proven ability to multitask, deliver exceptional results Expertise in many forms of internet media and marketing 4-8 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
4. Should have knowledge of CPL, CPS , CPA, CPI, CPO , CPFO conversions. Should have hands-on experience on MMP platforms like Adjust, Branch, Kochava, Appsflyer, etc Should have hands-on experience on tools like Sizmek, Hasoffer, Google, Trackier etc.
