We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital media campaigns for our clients. Your expertise in digital marketing and exceptional client service will be instrumental in driving success and exceeding client expectations.

Position and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital media account management, preferably in an agency setting.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display advertising, paid search, social media, and programmatic advertising.
4.  Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and ad serving platforms.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital strategies to clients.
6. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data to drive performance improvements.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
8. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional client service.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic guidance.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop effective digital media strategies.
4. Create and present proposals to clients, outlining campaign strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of digital media campaigns, including media planning, buying, creative development, and campaign optimization.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to clients.
7. Continuously keep a close eye on the ongoing campaigns to improve key metrics and achieve client goals.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital media technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
9. Conduct regular meetings and reports to review campaign performance and discuss new opportunities.
10. Collaborate with media partners and vendors to negotiate media placements and ensure accurate implementation.
11. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution in a timely and effective manner.
12. Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate billing and financial processes.
